Fee Policy

Rationale: To provide a clear understanding of the expectations for fee payments to the parents/guardians of the children attending Bright Beginnings.

Policy and recommended procedure:

Note: All children are required to attend Bright Beginnings for a minimum of two days/sessions per week. This helps with settling and ensures continuity for children.

Non-ECE hours (Under 3 years):

Half-days A half-day morning is no shorter than a 3.5 hour session and must have a pick-up time of either 12pm or 12.30pm.

A half-day afternoon is no shorter than a 3hour session with a start time of 12pm or 1pm (start time may depend on availability).

School Day  6 hours of your choice between 8am and 3:30pm

Full Day Centre opening hours – any hours greater than a 6-hour school day

Children attesting to ECE hours (Children over three years):

You can use up to six ECE hours per day up to 20 hours per week

Half day Free or hourly rate after 20 ECE hours

School day Free or hourly rate after 20 ECE hours

Full day $8.00 per hour over and above your 20 ECE hours with a maximum weekly rate of $150.00

Half-days A half-day morning is no shorter than a 3.5 hour session and must have a pick-up time of either 12pm or 12.30pm.

A half-day afternoon is no shorter than a three-hour session with a start time of 12pm or 1pm (start time may depend on availability).

School Day Six hours of your choice between 8am and 3:30pm
